Summer Internship Position – Global Process Governance

What you will do
You will perform data entry, validation, and analysis using various tools and platforms.
You will learn and use ServiceNow, a cloud-based platform that automates workflows and integrates systems.
You will collaborate with other team members, managers, and stakeholders.
You will support the process team in delivering high-quality services to our clients.
You will learn and use the ITIL processes application in a global service provider company.
What you will need
English (spoken and written) minimum B2 level – essential
Graduated or working towards a bachelor or master degree
You have good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
You have strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
You have practical skills in Microsoft Office applications.
Nice to have – basic knowledge of ServiceNow or a similar platform, or the willingness to learn it.
You are available to work full-time for at least 10 weeks during the summer.
