About the role and what you’ll be doing:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our team and lead the development and configuration of our ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) platform.
Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for ServiceNow ITOM, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the product roadmap and stakeholder requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including IT, business units, and external partners, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with the product vision.
Development Oversight: Lead the development team in the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow ITOM modules, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Sprint Planning: Facilitate sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure efficient and effective development cycles.
User Stories & Acceptance Criteria: Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring they are well understood by the development team.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of new features and configurations.

Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role and general understanding of Information Technology systems.
ServiceNow Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM module is a plus.
Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
